This is a smooth log of goat’s cheese which comes from France’s most famous region for making goat’s cheese: Poitou Charente.
This cheese was selected by Hervé Mons as part of his selection available for the international market. It has a beautiful white velvety mould on the rind and a dry, slightly firm centre. The flavour is tangy and herbaceous with lovely citrus overtones.
